The Pendry Hotel is a Luxury Boutique Hotel that includes six restaurants, 317 rooms and 36 suites located in the GasLamp Quarter of San Diego. This is a very high-end hotel that Brian Cox Mechanical provided HVAC plan and specification contracting services for the hotel, and design-build services for the restaurants.
Located in the historic Gaslamp Quarter, this luxury hotel stands at 12 stories high, and includes 317 guestrooms. Construction starting in 2014, this project wasn't completed until 2017.
